Adaptation: Very smart observation. When you exercise blood moves much faster in the blood vessels. Also blood vessels develop muvh higher pressure. Over time, with exercise, veins reacts like baloons. If you put pressure inside, will inflate. It is a normal finding to people exercising for years.
