Maybe doing well?: Have you been diagnosed recently? Are you taking meds? What does your doctor and/or other people who know you well think about the times you feel symptom-free? I'm hoping that you can enjoy the times you are not suffering badly and that they can become more frequent and/or long lasting. Do you think it's related to stress? If so, find guides to learn relaxation skills - your doctor might do that.

Stress: Unfortunately if you are diagnozed with shcizophrenia, the symptoms are always present to some extent. If they only happen sometimes it might be a different problem such as severe anxiety. Stress in general can trigger symptoms in both anxiety and schizophrenia.
