Muscular dystrophy: The muscular dystrophies all share progress weakness. The distribution and degree of weakness are dependent on the type of muscular dystrophy. The most significant problem is weakness and difficulty carrying out motor tasks such as lifting objects and walking. Individuals find they fatigue easily and it takes increasing effort to do tasks. There is no pain associated dystrophy.
