Can doctors tell me what does sinus inflammation have to do with spinal misalignment?

IT does'nt: Sinus inflammation has nothing to do with the vertebral column or the spinal cord. Sinus inflammation is related to either your own anatomy being compromised by narrow drainage passageways from the sinuses into the nose or by external factors like infection, allergy or other systemic disease.
