How would i know if my rotator cuff is ready for high intensity sport?

Rotator cuff: Your physical therapist or physician should be able to tell you when you have achieved the proper amount of strength return. You should be cleared by either of them before returning to high intensity sport.

Depends: Did you have surgery? Really depends on circumstances. If you had a repair and based on the size it will likely take you 9-12 months before i would fully clear you to resume high intensity sport which also requires more clarification...Crossfit? Heavy lifting? Also be aware that if you did have surgery it is not full proof and you can tear it again with higher likelihood if previously repaired.
