3 problems/No 1 ansr: These problems which you are experiencing may be related, but i wouldn't see as to why. Barring pain being so intense it causes you to lose concentration..You need to see your dr asap if you have been having 1 year of "very bad" abdominal pains and definitely mention your chest pain too. Sorry to be so broad but these are non specific things. Could be anxiety, medication issues, hypertension, etc.
