Not Quite: The ovulation prediction kits give about a 12-24 hour advanced warning. The advanced warning for ovulation is what makes this test so helpful. Not everyone has good results but the test is fairly reliable. If you drink a lot of water then you can dilute the hormone and miss the sign of ovulation. I hope this helps, best wishes, .
