Side effects?: Adipex aka phenteramine is used for short term weight loss goals due to side effects including cardiac as interactions with other med. And it's contraindicated while pregnant. Please consult your doctor further. Otherwise there are other wt loss drugs such as qysmia or belviq (lorcaserin).
