Premature ejaculatio: Premature ejaculation is a vexing codition and may persist. It is not considred a disease, rather a learned reflex( pavlovian). Some traements suggested are , squeeze technique, local anaesthetics( Emla cream), medications ( lexapro, (escitalopram) zoloft etc) , pelvic floor exercise-s . However these need to be strictly folowed. Read a small booklet " how to control pe, by dr. Kaplan, regarding squeeze technique.
