Well...: At 10 weeks, an ultrasound has a margin of error of about 5-7 days. The u/s estimate should be equal to the number of weeks since your last period started +/- 5-7days. If you have regular monthly cycles of 28-30 days and it was 10 weeks since your LMP and you are certain of the 1st day of your lmp, then you may both be right.
