I have a friend and her menstral period is always delayed, and shes worried, any advice or what could be the causes?

Always delayed?: Menstrual irregularities are inordinately common and may occur for multiple reasons. Unless accompanied by other symptoms or issues would relax. If want to regulate these see a gynecologist.

Harmonal Imbalance: Nothing much to worry about. It can be corrected by taking birth control pills for 3 months and this will regulate her period. Loestrin 1/20 pills will help.
