No: A cyst on the cervix (called a nabothian cyst) is basically a normal cyst that contains mucous and is unrelated to the symptoms mentioned in this post. The er may have ruled out serious issues. An office visit with your doctor may help delineate the cause of these symptoms.

Yes: Basically, the cyst on/in the cervix is, generally, a benign/normal finding. I don't think your present symptoms are related to the cysts on the cervix. Rather, your symptoms seem more tied in to your menses/cycle. Nsaids (e.g. Motrin) are helpful for such symptoms. Of course, non-gyn causes of back and stomach pain are always worth considering.
