Prescribing doctor?: If you have been taking that much xanax (alprazolam), (alprazolam) someone has supplied you with it -- either legally through prescription or illegally otherwise. At that dose you could have some withdrawal symptoms. So, i suggest you do see a physician to help you taper off the medication. It's best to establish a relationship so you can be followed over time for both the xanax (alprazolam) issues, and the reasons you're taking it.
