Pregnancy?: Many women mistake abnormal bleeding as an irregular period. However this could indicate pregnancy and/or miscarriage. If you have abdominal pain, fever or any other signs of being sick my suggestion is to go immediately to the emergency room. If not schedule yourself for bloodwork and an ultrasound to be done by your family doctor or gynecologist.
