Arm Pain: Pain going up your right and left arms that is intermittent. Are you an athlete. What kind of work do you do. Although i can not give medication advice, self treating with over the counter medications could help such as nsaids of acetamenophen.

Circulation: Your position may have pinched nerves or decreased blood flow to nerves causing the pain. Poor blood flow from low blood pressure could also contribute. To help eat 6 small meals to keep blood sugar stable, breathe and relax to balance autonomic nervous system(see kelly mcgonigal the will power instinct) and then do some nice stretches with resistive out breath to stimulate blood flow to the brain.
