Don't worry...: Your voice will gradually return once the inflammation from the bronchitis resolves. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids and try not to strain your voice ie try not to raise your voice, etc. Rest yourself and your voice as much as possible and your voice should return gradually to normal in a few days. If it doesn't, see your doctor.
