Brush your tongue.: You should always brush your tongue to remove any bacteria left from food. This will help with halitosis. Further, it should help with film removal. This could contribute to a bad taste. You should see your dentist to evaluate. They may recommend seeing your medical doctor.

Yellow tongue: Yellow tongue — a yellow discoloration of your tongue — is usually a temporary, harmless problem. Most often, yellow tongue is an early sign of a disorder known as black, hairy tongue. Rarely, yellow tongue may indicate a problem with your liver or gallbladder. Since you are nauseaous all the time i would see your physician and have them run some tests.
