Sounds like semen: The prostate and seminal vesicles border on the rectum. Sometimes with straining or passing large ( or hard) stool, pressure on these organs causes release of semen. No sense of orgasm, or ejaculation. Other possibilities exist. Any question re: stds ? Needs an examination.
