Bleeding from penis needs to be evauated by your doctor as it may be a sign of some serious urological condition.It can be from the infection in bladder or kidney, stone in bladder or kidney or a tumor which may be cancer so chech with your doctor or urologist or go to er.

Depends: First, this is never "normal" and should be evaluated by a urologist. A common cause would be prostatic variceal bleeding caused by straining associated with bowel movement. Get checked.
