Confusing question: Many teens & young women take ocp's for medical reasons to manage irregular or heavy periods which may then normalize over time. That is actually what they were originally developed to do, the contraceptive stuff just became a more popular use. If you are off the pill, they leave no lasting markers on a blood test.Your records are private & what you tell a prospective spouse is up to you.
