Don't do it: It will hurt, it will bleed, and you are setting yourself up for infection. One low cost test for a genital wart is to hold a vinegar soaked pad to it for 10 minutes and if it turns white it is a genital wart. A doctor can confirm the diagnosis and freeze it off.
