Depends on Severity: Peyronie's disease (pd) is curvature of erection. If it prevents satisfactory intercourse, surgery is indicated. If there is also e.D., the best option is often implantation of a prosthesis. If there is just mild to moderate curvature, the best option is to tolerate the situation. Try different positions. New treatments for pd may be approved soon, incl Collagenase injections into the plaque.

No, but here are...: No known best rx. Its rx may range from no rx but with counseling for its reality, oral off-label drugs- vit-e or potaba, topical injection with xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum), penile implant, etc. Xiaflex is the only fda-papproved drug since 12/2013. Note: goal of rx is restoring penile functionality. See urologist for detail...
