Tamiflu (oseltamivir): First make sure it is influenza and not just a "cold" by seeing your doctor. Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is effective if taken early, and can be taken prophylactically if family members have documented influenza. Keep fever down. Don't "bundle up"; it just drives your fever up. Trouble breathing is an emergency. Hopefully you received flu vaccine, as all pregnant patients should.
