Age and Fertility: Best predictor of fertility is a woman's age. As age increases, fertility falls. Average monthly fecundity at age 44 is less than 1% per month of trying. Blood tests can be used to predict egg yield from fertility medications. A normal fsh is under 9, with a low Estradiol measured at the same time.
