Biceps tendinitis: This is likely a bicipital tendinitis although other causes are possible. See your doctor. If it is present it generally resolves with a cortisone injection.

Tendonitis?: You may have injured your rotator cuff or bicep tendon. You should test your arm, use ice, and take Ibuprofen or Naproxen for the discomfort. If your pain does not improve or worsens you should see a physician for an evaluation.
