Foraminal stenosis: Narrowing of exiting holes used by nerves roots to get out of spine to legs or arms thes segmental holes are called foramen stenosis means narrowing spondylitic means arthritic so holes aeb smaller because of disc space narrowing and or bone spurs crowding holes.
