Not sure: Adult polycystic kidney disease(numerous cysts form in both kidneys. It is a autosomal dominant genetic disease, meaning you inherit it from your parents.Can cause cysts in the liver and pancreas, aneurysms in the brain which can cause stroke.Urinary tract infections, blood in urine, high blood pressure kidney stones, renal failure, bowel diverticula can occur. No definite immune issues are related.
