Not exactly: While Drugs.Com does not list omeprazole/ Prilosec as interacting with grapefruit (https://www.drugs.com/article/grapefruit-drug-interactions.html) , things like grapefruit juice can increase acidity & could therefore increase symptoms in conditions that the Prilosec is treating.
