A member asked:

Do grapefruit juice and omeprazole interact?

3 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Yes.: Grapefuit and grapefruit juice have the potential to interact with numerous drugs. They interfere with hepatic and intestinal enzyme cytochrome p450 isoform cyp3a4 and are believed to be primarily responsible for the effects of grapefruit on the enzyme. Omeprazole (prilosec) is one of the drugs that is affected.

Not exactly: While Drugs.Com does not list omeprazole/ Prilosec as interacting with grapefruit (https://www.drugs.com/article/grapefruit-drug-interactions.html) , things like grapefruit juice can increase acidity & could therefore increase symptoms in conditions that the Prilosec is treating.
