Pregnant or Not: A woman who is sexually active may be preganant even if she has what appears to be a normal or near normal period or even spotting. You are 6 weeks late. It would be prudent to get a pregnancy test. You can do your own pregnancy test by purchasing a test kit at the drug store and testing your urine. You can also have your provider or doctor do a blood pregnancy test.
