Cramps : Foot cramps are usually associated with a nerve problem called morton's neuroma. Cold be other factors involved like low potassium levels. Do you take any meds for hypertension?

Any chance you : Are on a statin? I would look at the medication you are taking for any possible side effects. I would also look into any vitamin or mineral deficiencies like magnesium or potassium.
