Supression of ovarie: It causes suppression of ovaries and ovulation.It is caused by reduction of lh(leutenising hormone)and fsh(follicle stimulating hormone) both produced by the pituatary gland.And that causes reduction in estrogen level and thereby suppressing ovaries and ovulation.
