Not likely....: But possible. Hiv does not generally produce signs or symptoms like this. However, it certainly sounds like you may have an std or a urinary tract infection. Your symptoms do not exclude HIV and you should be evaluated for all the usual suspects- syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and hiv.
