Take them : Just take the birth control pills as you were directed. They work when used correctly. You do not lose your protection during the placebo pills. They are designed to work that way.

Take as directed : You are fine to finish the pack as prescribed. You are not protected against sexually transmitted infection, but you have excellent pregnancy protection.
