Not reliable: Many lucky women get pregnant without morning sickness. This is not a reliable indicator. If your period is late take a test.

Do a test, see a Dr.: Not everyone has morning sickness. At least do a home test. But it would be best to see a doctor. It will help you to relax about both concerns and if there is something wrong, or if you are pregnant, if will help you deal with whatever it is. Don't suffer if it is not necessary.
