Pelvic pain ?'s: "Pelvic bone pain" at "23 weeks of pregnancy" may be early onset of separation of the pelvic symphysis, and pain can result from movement which occurs with the two branches of the pelvic bone come in contact. This usually resolves after pregnancy.
