One gram once: The cdc recommends 1 gram of Azithromycin once as the "a" level treatment for chlamydia. So, yes, this is the correct dose. Although other members of this antibiotic class have affected Phenytoin levels, Azithromycin does not. See: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/8818854.

No interaction : There is no interaction between these 2 medicne. So, there is no need to change or adjust Dilantin dose. Continue current dose of Dilantin which is prescribed by your neurologist.
