Symptoms: Typically remaining tissue results in either irregular/heavy bleeding or infection & fever. If you do not have these symptoms i would not be fearful.

Your symptoms: Typically, after an abortion or even after a miscarriage, everything tends to resolve in about 7 - 14 days. By then, you should be done bleeding, no pain, no cramping and feeling pretty close to normal. If you are having fevers, abdominal or pelvic pain, foul odor to your vaginal discharge, or continued vaginal bleeding ... Then you need to be seen by a dr.
