I had an abortion 2years ago...and my periods have been lighter since and i didn't get stomach pain much...what to do...plz help me?

You are ok: It is normal after a pregnancy, even with early termination, for periods to change, usually for the better. If one had bad cramps befor a pregnancy it is not uncommon for them to go away. One advantage of a pregnancy. Sometimes they also are lighter like yours. Don't worry. You are ok.
