?perhaps: In our area (northern calif), we've had an outbreak of norovirus. Besides norovirus, there are also other enteroviruses which can cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, muscle aches, fatigue, and headache. Perhaps pennsylvania is seeing some activity of these common viruses.
