Not healthy: This will likely dehydrate you especially considering that caffeine functions as a diuretic (which essentially means you produce more urine) and can leave you prone to dehydration. Water is best. Like most things in life, moderation is key, so try to limit your intake of soda.

No: It is not ok to drink that much pop and very little if any water. Lots of sodium, sugars. Not enough clear water.
