Not enough infotmati: Need more information as to complete liver function tests including liver enzymes etc .Even though the pt and ag ratio is abnormal that does not tell the whole story.So I am sorry we can not add more towards the prognosis.But i will advice you to continue to follow up with your doctors and be careful, don't drink and follow your doctors advice.Recheck lfts and pt.We can not tell activity of hep b.
