See below: Scleroderma can have collagenous involvement of the GI or one can have bacteria overgrowth. However; there are usually other symptoms present of scleroderma.

Diarrhea: Yes, scleroderma of the intestines can present like ibs with diarrhea coming and going. Diagnosis is usually made by endoscopy or xray.
