Hard to say: Nple pain is not indicative of any std. See your gyn or pcp about this. Stomach pain may be a sign of certain std's, for instance gonorrhea. See your gyn if you are worried about any std exposure. Remember abstinence is best, but if that is not possible, always use condoms to decrease the risk for getting an std.
