No: Infant size has no direct correlation with sleep habits.

Yes: Once they get to 30 or so years of age and get on the outside of a six-pack of beer and some barbecue, yes, big babies sleep pretty good. Not so sure about the little big babies, though.

No: Another "old wives tale" is that baby will sleep all night when they reach ten pounds, or that big babies sleep better. Most babies can sleep 6 hours straight by 3 months, although there are those who sleep 8-10 hours very early, and those who don't sleep all night until much, much later.

No: There doesn't seem to be any link between baby size and sleep. Sleep is more of a developmental issue not really related to physical size.
