Generally over 94%: Oxygen saturation usually drops in normal individuals during sleep, but only for a brief period of time. In general it should remain in the mid to upper 90's. Anything less should be investigated further by the doctor for things like obstructive or central sleep apnea, or acute or chronic lung disease.
