Tired: It is common for patients to feel tired and fatigued after a heart attack. They also will get tired sooner when active. This is likely due to a combination of factors, first he or she did have a heart attack and their body is recovering, also a number of the meds we put patients on can contribute to fatigue. Also the stress of all of this can cause these symptoms, it will get better.
