See below: White milky secretions usually mean nothing. If a woman has ever taken oral contraceptives or has been pregnant whether she carried to term or not can have milky secretions the rest of her life. If the secretions are expressed with the fingers decreases need for concern. If they are spontaneous or bloody then you need to seek medical attention.
