Yes.: If you are taking birth control pills and have not missed a period, why do you think you are pregnant? Do a pregnancy test first. If it's positive. Stop your pills and call your ob/gyn. If it's negative, keep taking your pills.

Stop: If you really have good reason to think you're pregnant, then yes you should stop taking your birth control pills. Notwithstanding, birth control pills are unlikely to cause any birth defects or problems with the pregnancy. Typically a urine pregnancy test would not be positive until about 4 weeks from your last period or 2 weeks from suspected conception date. A blood test can detect earlier.
