Possible.: It is possible you had a miscarriage, or that you never became pregnant this month. It is normal for there to be some variation in the cycle length from month to month. May be may be not: Even in women who have regular periods, once in a while it can start a week early. Bleeding due to miscarriage is usually heavier and may be associated with some cramps. Get in touch with your obgyn if bleeding gets heavier than usual.
