Not now, but: First wait, you stopped nursing just a short while ago. Pregnancies permanently change breast structure ('less firm' ) in all women. Breasts are connective tissue, glands, and fat and so cannot be 'firmed.' if you are truly unhappy after a few months, you could speak with a plastic surgeon.
